• Facility management (caretaking/cleaning)
• Handling tenant concerns
• Compliance with and monitoring of guidelines and house rules
• Maintenance work on company buildings
• Participation in construction meetings
• Coordination of construction projects
• Supervision of one employee
• Responsibility for the entire company premises

Your profile:

• you have completed training as a Facility Maintenance Specialist EFZ
• your native language is German
• French is an advantage
• you have experience in building technology, in operations and maintenance (caretaking/cleaning)
• you possess manual skills and a high technical understanding
• high commitment, initiative and reliability are not foreign to you
• if you also have experience with architects and construction professionals and are physically fit
