Role:
On behalf of a client, we are looking for an experienced and responsible specialist for the independent planning and management of demanding heating and building technology projects. You will take on the technical, organisational and economic responsibility for construction projects from the quotation and preliminary study through to design and execution planning to acceptance and final accounting. The focus is on the dimensioning and planning of modern heating systems, the preparation of technical planning and approval documents, as well as the professional leadership and coordination of installation teams. The position combines sound heating technology expertise, practical construction management and independent project management with ensuring a high-quality, timely and cost-effective implementation.
Responsibilities:
Independent management and handling of demanding heating projects from the initial quotation through planning and realisation to final accounting
Design and planning of heating systems across all relevant project phases from preliminary study through construction project to execution planning
Creation and processing of project, recess, insertion and execution plans as a basis for precise and professional installation
Technical calculation, dimensioning and design of heating systems and system components considering energy efficiency, operational safety and cost-effectiveness
Preparation and processing of official and energy-related proofs and submissions, especially WTA documents, EN-3/4/5/11 forms as well as project-specific noise protection proofs such as LN1a according to Cercle Bruit
Organisation and execution of work preparation including material disposition, resource planning and coordination of necessary installation processes
Operational site management and professional supervision of heating installations on construction sites to ensure norm-compliant and high-quality execution
Economic deployment planning, professional leadership and coaching of installation teams as well as ensuring efficient work processes and clear responsibilities
Coordination and alignment with clients, architects, specialist planners and other building services trades to ensure smooth project execution
Responsibility for monitoring and controlling project costs, execution deadlines and quality requirements as well as early identification and handling of deviations
Conducting intermediate inspections, technical controls and system acceptances including checking the professional installation and functionality
Support during commissioning, project handovers and final accounting as well as ensuring complete and comprehensible project documentation
Qualifications:
Completed vocational training as a building services planner EFZ specialising in heating or a comparable recognised qualification in heating and building technology
Several years of professional experience in a comparable role with solid practice in planning, project management and realisation of demanding heating systems
Very good expertise in heating and system technology as well as experience in technical calculation, dimensioning and preparation of project and execution documents
Knowledge of relevant Swiss SIA standards, energy regulations and approval procedures as well as experience with energy proofs, WTA submissions and technical system documentation
Cross-disciplinary understanding of building technology, especially at the interfaces to sanitary and ventilation systems, as well as experience in construction management and coordination of installation teams is an advantage
Independent, precise and structured working style with a strong sense of responsibility, high commitment, organisational talent and economic thinking
Good German language skills in spoken and written form as well as communication skills, teamwork and high customer orientation in dealing with clients, specialist planners, installation personnel and other project participants
