In the Endoscopy Centre, we perform both diagnostic and complex interventional procedures for outpatient and inpatient patients. For this dynamic working environment, we are developing a new care model. Therefore, we are looking for a committed person as a Specialist MPA who will help develop and actively shape this new area of responsibility from the outset.

What tasks await you?
- Coordination of patient briefings for diagnostic and interventional procedures in close cooperation with the medical service
- Organisation and provision of all relevant information for patients before examinations and procedures
- Coordination of internal appointments and processes with various interfaces, for example for procedures involving anaesthesia
- Central contact person for internal professional groups, patients, and referrers regarding organisational questions about planned procedures
- Collaboration in the development, implementation, and evaluation of processes, standards, and guiding documents
- Active participation in shaping the new care model and taking on additional tasks developed jointly – also in the area of clinical patient care
What do you bring?
- Completed training as a Medical Practice Assistant with professional experience in an acute hospital or a larger practice
- Completed further training as a Medical Practice Coordinator (MPK, clinical direction) or willingness to complete this or a comparable further training
- Independent, structured, and reliable working style as well as strong organisational skills
- Committed, proactive, and enthusiastic personality with joy in developing new things and actively shaping change
- Enjoyment of interprofessional collaboration and a patient-oriented working approach
