As Sous Chef 100%, you are a valuable part of our 21-member Schifflände Maur crew immediately or by arrangement and work within a 10-person team.
The popular excursion restaurant Schifflände Maur is beautifully located directly on Lake Greifen. With around 100 indoor seats, spread across the lake restaurant and country tavern, as well as over 140 terrace seats with self-service, culinary experiences are guaranteed. The heart of the kitchen is fish specialties, complemented by seasonal meat and vegetarian dishes. The hall offers space for celebrations with up to 140 guests - perfect for weddings, banquets and special occasions.

- Supporting the head chef
- Innovatively creating and preparing a variety of dishes
- Ensuring quality control
- Coordinating and aligning daily tasks with the head chef
- Checking and preparing for lunch and dinner service
- Responsible purchasing of foodstuffs
- Maintaining workplace hygiene
How you fit with us:
- Successful completion as a chef EFZ
- Extensive experience as Chef de Partie
- Strong social skills and leadership abilities
