You are the contact person for the maintenance and further development of our hosting infrastructure
Your area of responsibility includes coordination between the developer and infrastructure teams for root cause analysis
Adjustments and maintenance of customer projects and hosting configurations
Analysis and resolution of technical issues in the hosting area
Second-level support for customers and internal IT representation are part of your role
Qualifications:
You have completed training or studies in computer science with further education in system technology
Know-how about internet functionalities such as domains, DNS, and email
You have 3-5 years of professional experience in Linux system engineering and Linux architectures
Knowledge of tools such as Puppet, Nginx, MySQL, Icinga, and JIRA
Fluent German and good English skills, both spoken and written, are essential
