Office for Migration and Integration
We are looking for a
Clerk Post and Archive 80%
from 1 November 2026 or by arrangement.Exciting tasks await:
- Processing and distributing electronic and physical daily mail
- Preparing and digitising documents and incoming mail
- Archive maintenance (mainly electronic)
- Initial recording of personal data in federal applications
- Data transfer to the cantonal application
- Processing of change notifications
- Preparing internal and external mail for dispatch
- Sending files to other migration authorities
What you bring:
- Commercial training (Profile B) or equivalent
- Professional experience in administrative work is an advantage
- Strong digital competence as well as confident and efficient use of MS Office, e-mail, electronic filing systems, business management systems and other specialised applications
- Foreign language skills (basic knowledge of English/French) are an advantage
- Precise and efficient working method
- Teamwork skills
- Discretion

Your working environment
We are responsible at the Office for Migration and Integration for the implementation of the Foreign Nationals and Asylum Act and implement the integration policy of the federal government and canton. We issue permits for foreign persons, carry out labour market controls and ensure the enforcement of the law against undeclared work. We advise foreigners wishing to return and enforce the expulsions ordered by the canton and federal government.
