Senior System Engineer - Infrastructure (m/f/d)
Our Rocken® partner specialises in IT security, cloud solutions, as well as IT outsourcing and support. They rely on innovative services and solutions, moving and orienting themselves at the cutting edge of technology. This results in many advantages for our customers compared to traditional IT solutions, which are less flexible and rarely scalable.
Responsibilities:
You support customer systems remotely and on-site and ensure their reliable operation
You plan and implement IT infrastructures, updates and system migrations
In the SME environment, you independently implement customer projects and create technical documentation
Your focus is on Microsoft, VMware, storage as well as backup & restore
You competently support customers by phone, TeamViewer or directly on-site
Qualifications:
Completed training in IT system engineering, ideally with HF/FH further education
Several years of experience with Microsoft, VMware, storage and backup, e.g. HP, Fujitsu, Acronis or Synology
You work analytically, conceptually, reliably and independently
Flexibility, resilience, customer orientation and a driving licence are required
Fluent written and spoken German, English, French or Italian are an advantage
