For our client, a company specialised in the collective catering sector offering innovative food services in schools, healthcare institutions and Swiss companies, we are looking for a Quality Auditor at 80%-100% for a permanent contract.

Your tasks with your new employer

• You coordinate an internal audit campaign across various operational sites, applying the required normative frameworks and recording your findings to document compliance and guide improvement strategies
• You conduct an in-depth analysis of identified gaps, tracing root causes, assessing associated risks and forming pragmatic recommendations tailored to the operational context of each site
• You support local managers and teams pedagogically in their understanding of compliance requirements, fostering a quality culture and establishing constructive dialogue around systemic issues
• You participate in monitoring performance dashboards, analyse measurable trends, detect weak signals and contribute to risk governance through a data-driven approach
• You directly assist your line manager in key quality transformation projects, bringing your field perspective and supporting the deployment of strategic developments
• You contribute to cross-functional projects within your department, enriching your understanding of global challenges and actively participating in organisational development initiatives

You offer your new employer

• You hold a higher education qualification in quality, regulatory compliance, risk management or an equivalent discipline, providing the theoretical foundation necessary to credibly and rigorously perform an audit function
• You have developed significant professional experience in an audit, quality, compliance or risk management role, ideally enhanced by a certification or initial practical experience in internal auditing
• You are fluent in French and possess confirmed knowledge of ISO standards (9001, 14001, 45001) as well as methodological approaches to quality management (PDCA, 8D or similar methods)
• You demonstrate analytical skills in complex environments, an ability to identify systemic risks and communicate messages clearly, respectfully and pedagogically to diverse audiences
• You embody autonomous judgement, rigorous organisation, the ability to juggle multiple competing priorities, as well as intellectual curiosity for real operational challenges and field realities
