IT Support Engineer (m/f/d)

Handle support requests via ticket system & telephone and independently develop solutions
Monitor systems & applications and proactively optimise faults & performance
Maintain and update technical documentation, instructions & training materials
Support and further develop client/server, terminal server & virtualisation solutions
Qualifications:
Completed IT training with 3-5 years of professional experience, ideally in the service sector
Solid experience with client/server, terminal server & virtualisation solutions
Very good knowledge of Microsoft Server, Active Directory, GPO & DNS
Experience in Microsoft 365 administration
Very good German & English skills spoken and written
