Responsibilities:
- Design of stamping / fine blanking tools using SolidWorks 3D-CAD
- Analysis of customer requirements and creation of concepts
- Conducting feasibility studies
- Creation of technical drawings and parts lists
- Ensuring compliance with quality standards and deadlines
- Continuous optimisation of processes in toolmaking
Qualifications:
- Completed training as a designer, tool mechanic, technician or engineer in the field of toolmaking / precision engineering
- Solid experience in the design of stamping / fine blanking tools
- Confident handling of SolidWorks 3D-CAD
- Good understanding of manufacturing processes and materials
- Knowledge in the field of sheet metal forming desirable
- Structured and goal-oriented working style as well as high quality awareness
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Good knowledge of German
