Role:
On behalf of the client, we are looking for an experienced professional for project management and further development of production-relevant HVAC infrastructures. The focus is on the reliable availability and technical optimisation of ventilation, cooling and building technology systems within a demanding production environment. You will lead investment and renewal projects from technical conception to successful commissioning and be responsible for costs, deadlines, quality and operational safety. At the same time, you will develop long-term infrastructure roadmaps and ensure high system availability together with production, facility management and external partners.
Responsibilities:
Ensuring the availability and operational safety of production-relevant HVAC infrastructures
Technical support and further development of ventilation, cooling and building technology systems
Management of HVAC investment, renewal and optimisation projects from planning to commissioning
Preparation of technical concepts, feasibility analyses and investment proposals
Responsibility for costs, deadlines, quality and technical project objectives
Planning and coordination of maintenance and servicing measures according to TPM principles
Analysis of existing systems regarding availability, lifecycle, energy efficiency and renewal requirements
Development of infrastructure roadmaps and long-term investment and renewal strategies
Coordination of external specialist planners, suppliers, system builders and service partners
Coordination of technical measures with production, facility management and maintenance
Support of acceptances, commissioning and technical handovers
Ensuring complete system, project and technical documentation
Qualifications:
Completed basic vocational training EFZ in HVAC/building technology
Further training as technician HF or engineer FH in building technology, ideally specialising in heating, ventilation or cooling
Several years of experience in leading and implementing complex HVAC projects
Sound knowledge of ventilation and cooling technology as well as understanding of system availability and operational safety
Experience with maintenance processes and TPM principles in a technical or industrial environment is an advantage
Knowledge of investment planning, project controlling and technical lifecycle management
Very good German skills as well as good English skills in spoken and written form
