Senior Microsoft 365 & AI Consultant (m/f/d)
Role:
Our client is an IT service provider that supports SMEs in modernising their workplaces and introducing new cloud and AI solutions. The team combines solid Microsoft expertise with an entrepreneurial approach and independently implements projects from consulting to technical execution. In this role, you develop secure Microsoft 365 environments, automate business processes, and show customers how to profitably use artificial intelligence and Copilot. At the same time, you expand customer relationships, identify new business opportunities, and actively shape the company’s further development.
Responsibilities:
Independent management of customer projects from requirements analysis through conception to implementation and further development
Planning, implementation, and optimisation of Microsoft 365 environments with Entra ID, Intune, Teams, and SharePoint
Building secure workplace solutions including software packaging and modern endpoint management
Advising SMEs on the introduction of AI solutions and Microsoft Copilot as well as supporting practical implementation
Automating business processes with Power Automate, PowerShell, and Microsoft Graph API
Expanding existing customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and supporting acquisition
Developing individual solution concepts in close coordination with technical and business contacts
Qualifications:
Several years of experience with Microsoft 365, especially Entra ID, Intune, Teams, and SharePoint
Solid knowledge in software packaging, endpoint management, and securing modern workplace environments
Interest or practical experience in integrating AI solutions, Microsoft Copilot, and process automation
Experience in advising customers and ability to explain technical solutions clearly and economically
Independent, entrepreneurial, and solution-oriented working style with high initiative
Enjoyment in building customer relationships and actively shaping the company
Good German language skills, spoken and written
Experience in pre-sales, solution consulting, or an existing network in the Swiss IT industry is an advantage
