Building Services Planner Sanitary EFZ 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

Our client is looking for you as a Building Services Planner Sanitary (100%) in Lucerne. Your tasks include:

• Planning of sanitary installations from preliminary project phase to completion phase

• Responsible for the creation and development of detailed BIM models for building services

• Responsible for the implementation of BIM-to-Field using a total station

• Project management for smaller sanitary installations

• Calculations of sanitary quotations

• Preparation of material lists and organisation of prefabrications

• Customer support, negotiations with suppliers, engineers, architects and construction professionals

• Compliance with regulations, standards, guidelines and directives

• Controlling of own projects

• Various administrative office tasks

• Training of apprentices

What do I need to be successful?

• Completed vocational training as Building Services Planner Sanitary EFZ

• Further education with a professional certificate (federal FA) or willingness to obtain it soon

• Further training as a master craftsman or technician school is an advantage

• Motivating leadership qualities

• Independent working

• Assertiveness

• Customer-oriented and entrepreneurial thinking

• Good manners

• Strong MS Office, CAD (Bausoft and Revit) skills
