Exciting tasks await:
- Assuming technical responsibility for the operation of specialised applications and ensuring their Operational Excellence (OpEx) and updating documentation
- Handling incidents and service requests and coordinating between specialist, internal ICT departments and suppliers
- Planning and implementing containerised specialised applications, including building, scaling and maintaining cloud native applications (Kubernetes; GitLab CI/CD etc.)
- Close collaboration with specialist contacts in gathering, evaluating and implementing requirements (socio-technical system)
- Participation in client management and active support of the hardware and software lifecycle
What you bring:
- Completed training as an ICT specialist EFZ or higher professional education in the field of ICT
- Knowledge in object-oriented analysis and design (OOA/OOD) as well as sound knowledge of BPMN and ITIL® processes
- High solution orientation, performance capability, innovative and entrepreneurial thinking, strong team skills and convincing communication skills
