Are you interested in computers, networks and digital solutions? Do you enjoy helping others and want to not only google technical problems but truly understand and solve them? Then the apprenticeship as an ICT Specialist FZ at Hilcona offers you an exciting entry into the digital working world.

During your three-year training, you will learn to set up ICT workstations, support users and analyse technical faults. In doing so, you combine your technical interest with communication skills and solution-oriented thinking.

Your tasks

• You install, configure and maintain ICT workstations
• You support employees with questions about hardware and software
• You analyse and resolve technical faults
• You set up user accounts, devices and access rights
• You assist with the administration and maintenance of ICT systems
• You install applications and perform updates
• You document solutions, workflows and support cases
• You learn the basics of networks, operating systems and IT security
• You collaborate with internal and external ICT specialists

• You have a good qualification from FL secondary school / CH intermediate school
