Salary - CHF115,000 - 135,000Role:

Responsibilities:
You take on the professional and personnel leadership of a small recruiting team and develop your employees purposefully.
You manage the entire talent acquisition for the two clinic locations and ensure a modern, service-oriented recruiting approach.
You accompany managers as a competent contact person for all recruitment matters and support them from vacancy approval to successful hiring.
You analyse existing processes, initiate their further development, and ensure a convincing candidate experience throughout the entire process.
Qualifications:
A qualification or degree at university/FH level or a commercial basic education with corresponding HR further training forms your professional basis.
You have several years of recruiting experience and ideally have already taken responsibility for a team.
Initiative, resilience, and a positive, motivating personality characterise you; even at a high pace, you keep an overview and tackle issues independently.
You communicate fluently in German.
