What you can look forward to.
In the Agile Release Train Capacity Control, you will develop products together with ten agile teams that automate and optimise operational railway operations. More than 10,000 trains run daily on the Swiss rail network and are monitored and controlled with our solutions. You will work on railway-critical and highly available systems that increase the safety, punctuality and capacity of rail traffic. Together with the business, the team is responsible for the entire lifecycle from conception to operation. You can expect a versatile environment close to the operations centres, collaboration on equal footing and room for development. You will shape the further development of the Traffic Management System, the digitalisation of shunting operations and the modernisation of the Capacity Manager. From around 2028, you will start with us on the conception of a new Incident Manager. These functions support the staff in the operations centres in monitoring and controlling operations. Benefits such as free GA, discounted travel abroad - also for the family - can be found on our website under Benefits .
