Are you looking for a job where no day is the same? Here, as a Microsoft Cloud Engineer, you take care of clients, servers, and networks alike. The focus is on modernising the infrastructure with Microsoft 365 (M365) and Azure. Short paths and direct contact with users make your work visible and effective.
Responsibilities:
You implement the digitalisation and cloud strategy concretely and contribute your own ideas.
You plan IT projects, introduce new solutions, and train employees.
You take care of installation, maintenance, and monitoring of workstations, peripherals, mobile devices, servers, and network components, including software and interfaces.
Furthermore, you make IT security progressively more robust.
You are the first point of contact for the departments and advise them solution-oriented in first-level support.
In addition, you pass on your knowledge to IT apprentices and accompany them in their professional daily routine.
Qualifications:
You have a basic education as an IT specialist EFZ or an equivalent technical qualification.
You possess solid know-how in the Microsoft world, especially in M365 and Azure.
You feel at home with servers running Windows Server and VMware as well as with networks using Cisco and Fortinet.
You are a versatile all-rounder with practical experience and are particularly attracted by the variety of a broad field of tasks.
Moreover, you work independently, show great commitment, and quickly understand new topics.
Additionally, you communicate confidently in German and English, both orally and in writing, and enjoy supporting others in lively exchange.
