We are continuously looking for new employees to accompany us on our mission and vision to make the world digitally safer every day.Your tasks
- Independent analysis and handling of complex and escalated security offences
- Continuous optimisation of detections from case work: evaluation of the triggering rule, implementation or follow-up of the adjustment until effectiveness - cause-oriented tuning instead of symptom suppression.
- Baselining for new customers and readjustment in case of environment and log source changes
- Threat hunting based on CTI and customer context
- Support in quality assurance: case reviews including alerts closed as non-critical, four-eyes principle for critical escalations, calibration of evaluation standards
- Conversion of recurring manual steps into playbooks, enrichment and automation
- Training and mentoring of young professionals also in optimisation and quality thinking
- Participation in service development, internal projects and service management meetings
- Support during escalations and on-call duty (approx. 3–6 times a year, with additional remuneration)
Your professional qualifications
- Completed studies in computer science (FH/Uni) or computer science training EFZ with at least 5 years of relevant practical experience, of which 3 years in SOC or incident response environment
- Deep understanding of attack techniques and detection logic along MITRE ATT&CK
- In-depth knowledge of Windows, Unix/Linux, network/firewall and log analysis
- Experience with modern XDR/SIEM platforms (e.g. Microsoft Defender, Cortex XDR, CrowdStrike, Sentinel, Harfang, Vectra)
- In-depth knowledge in incident management and basics of digital forensics
- Professional certifications (e.g. SC-200, GCDA, GCIA, GCFA, OSCP)

- Fluent in spoken and written German
- Good English skills (spoken and written)

- Writing skills: presenting complex issues
- Proactive involvement: willingness to automate own routine work
- Coaching attitude and constructive behaviour in peer review
- Able to keep a cool head in stressful situations and make decisions under uncertainty
