Stable networks and secure infrastructures form the backbone of every modern IT. As a Network & Security Operations Specialist, you ensure that the IT infrastructure of managed services customers runs reliably. You move daily between operational operations, analysis, and close coordination with engineering teams. In doing so, you actively contribute your expertise in network and firewall infrastructures and help continuously improve customer environments.
Responsibilities:
You operate and monitor the IT infrastructure for managed services customers
You analyse and handle service requests, incidents, problems, and changes
You work closely with engineering teams and contribute your expertise
You plan and carry out maintenance work in customer environments as well as internally
You also manage monitoring and event management systems
You identify customer needs and pass them on to the sales organisation
Qualifications:
You have experience as an IT supporter in 2nd or 3rd level or as a system technician
You are familiar with the operation and monitoring of LAN and WLAN infrastructures
You have expertise in handling firewall systems
You have good German skills and technical English skills
You work in a structured manner and keep an overview even in stressful situations
You also demonstrate a strong customer and service orientation
