Senior Microsoft Cloud Engineer (m/f/d)

Responsibilities:
Operation and support of Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Intune and Microsoft 365 at 2nd level
Analysis and resolution of incidents as well as implementation of changes, maintenance and technical adjustments
Support and optimisation of customer infrastructures including ongoing development
Coordination with 1st level support, customers, suppliers and internal specialist departments
Creation of technical documentation, assuming product responsibility and participation in IT projects
Qualifications:
Completed training in IT system technology or comparable technical qualification
Several years of experience in system administration / engineering with a focus on Azure, Intune and Microsoft 365
Good knowledge of Windows Server, Windows Client, Microsoft Office and modern cloud technologies
Customer-oriented, independent and structured working style as well as willingness to perform maintenance tasks outside office hours
Very good German skills, good English skills and category B driving licence
