What you accomplish

• Lead the QA team for the meat department at our Courtepin site (4 employees)
• Active participation in broad quality monitoring
• Organisation and implementation of certification audits and conducting internal audits
• HACCP responsibility regarding processes and products
• Development and implementation of sampling and control plans for products and hygiene
• Release of new product developments and recipe changes
• Development and implementation of internal training in quality, hygiene and food law
• Leading quality improvement projects

What you bring

• Education: Completed studies (Uni/VET, UAS, ES)
• Specialisation: Bachelor in Food Science or advanced training in the agri-food sector
• Professional experience: 4-5 years in a similar position, experience in the meat sector and QS would be an advantage. Successful initial experience managing a small team is essential
• Specific experience and knowledge in QA and QC
• Flexibility, ability to work in a team with very good organisational skills
• Proficiency in IT tools (MS Office, SAP knowledge is a strong asset)
• Initiative and independence in managing files
• Recognised managerial qualities, enabling you to enforce and uphold our high quality standards
• Interpersonal skills and openness to dialogue
