As Head of Human Resources, you bear overall responsibility for the strategic and operational management of the HR department of a large industrial company with around 2,000 employees. In this key role, you actively shape the personnel framework conditions and position Human Resources as a strong partner for the executive board, managers, and employees.
YOUR AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
- Professional and disciplinary leadership of the Human Resources department
- Strategic development of all HR topics along the entire HR lifecycle in coordination with the Heads of Human Resources of the sister plants in Switzerland
- Active representation of labour market, employer, and employee-related issues in the project-focused executive management
- Close collaboration and sparring with the CEO and members of the executive board in company-wide change and strategy processes
YOUR PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
- University degree (Uni/FH) in Business Administration, Psychology, or comparable qualification with solid HR further training
- Several years of work experience in Human Resources, ideally in an industrial environment
- Strong strategic competence combined with high operational excellence
- Very good knowledge of Swiss labour law and social partnership
- Convincing personality with high social competence, negotiation skills, and assertiveness at executive board level
- High commitment, measurable results, and a consistent, fair approach to responsibility
