You handle support requests in 1st and 2nd level support and ensure a quick resolution.
You take on the installation, configuration and maintenance of PCs, notebooks, mobile devices and peripherals.
You manage user accounts in Active Directory and assist with hardware and software issues on site as well as remotely.
You document faults, solutions and IT processes comprehensibly and support employees with ICT questions.
You participate in IT projects as well as in the introduction of new hardware and software and collaborate with internal and external partners.
Qualifications:
Education: IT specialist EFZ, ICT professional EFZ or a comparable qualification.
IT Support: Experience with Windows operating systems, networks, hardware and peripherals.
Microsoft Office: Solid user knowledge and confident handling of the Microsoft Office environment.
Working style: Independent, structured and solution-oriented as well as distinctly customer- and service-oriented.
Languages & Communication: German written and spoken fluently; knowledge of French is an advantage and enjoyment of direct contact with users.
