What is my role?

• Building and developing the team of mandate managers

• Representing the company to external partners and stakeholders

• Professional advice, support and expansion of the existing customer base

• Developing needs-based financial strategies for clients

• Significant involvement in the strategic direction of the company as deputy managing director

• Active participation in shaping company growth

• Accompanying and implementing the company’s vision and growth plans

What do I need to be successful?

• Completed vocational training in the financial sector with several years of professional experience

• At least 3 years of experience in a leadership position

• Your own client portfolio that you bring with you

• Loyalty, honesty and a strong desire to shape things

• Strong communication skills and a convincing, likeable manner

• Impeccable German language skills, both spoken and written

• Good IT skills and confident handling of digital media
