Role:
In this position, you connect operations, consulting and further development around modern Microsoft technologies. You support departments in digital collaboration, continuously develop existing solutions and actively contribute to the implementation of new requirements. You work in an agile environment and make a significant contribution to the further development of the digital workplace and collaboration landscape.
Responsibilities:
Operation and further development of business process automation
Advising and supporting the implementation, adaptation and optimisation of solutions on the Microsoft Power Platform and SharePoint Online
Supporting users in the use of the Power Platform and SharePoint Online
Ensuring the lifecycle and compliance with governance for newly implemented business process automation processes
Qualifications:
IT training (EFZ) as well as a degree from a university of applied sciences / higher education
Professional training or comparable subject-related and/or technical further education
Confident knowledge of the Microsoft 365 suite services (Power Platform, EntraID, SharePoint Online, Teams)
Programming and design skills in the Power Platform (e.g. Flows, Apps, Power Query, Power Fx and Dataverse)
Knowledge regarding design and architecture in SharePoint Online (e.g. Webparts, Site design, PnP)
Experience in integrating the Power Platform with other Microsoft technologies such as SharePoint and Teams
Knowledge and experience in handling ticketing and collaboration systems such as TOPdesk, Jira and Confluence
Experience working in agile teams (SCRUM/SAFe) for further development, consulting and implementation of customer orders
Ideally, you also have certifications in the Microsoft 365 suite
Very good German language skills, both spoken and written
