• You care for patients in the zone model on our ward with around 30 beds - from heart and lung diseases to complex internal medical conditions
• You independently manage a zone with your patient group and accompany varied disease courses
• In tandem with a FaGe, you ensure high-quality, patient-centred care
• Working according to the principles of LeanHospital ensures efficient processes, clear structures and more time for patient care
• Interdisciplinary collaboration, exciting cases and continuous professional development are part of your daily routine
• The position can also be filled as job sharing with a flexible workload
• We are happy to consider shift preferences (e.g. late shifts, mainly weekends or no night shifts) by arrangement

Skills and potential

• Basic: Diploma as a nurse specialist (HF, FH or equivalent)
• Ideally experience in acute care
• High patient orientation and good organisational skills
• Enjoyment of a varied, lively hospital routine with diverse internal medical conditions
