The headquarters in Frauenfeld (Thurgau) sets the pace for the globally sought-after Baumer sensor solutions. Around 700 employees from engineering, product management, manufacturing, logistics, sales and services work closely together here: engineers continuously develop new solutions, while the production and logistics teams ensure that the sensors arrive at customers on time and in Baumer quality.
Every day we accompany the journey from the customer idea to the successful sensor solution. Together with our international sales companies, we develop convincing solutions around rotary encoders as well as acceleration and inclination sensors and support demanding projects both technically and commercially.
For this exciting task, I am looking for a personality who recognises opportunities, thinks along and creates enthusiasm for our solutions. You are the central interface between sales, development, production and our international companies and bring the right people and ideas together.
If you quickly grasp technical contexts, work in a structured way and keep an overview even in complex projects, a role with plenty of scope for design and direct influence on the success of our customers awaits you.

What I drive
- You support our international sales companies with technical and commercial questions around rotary encoders as well as acceleration and inclination sensors.
- You calculate offers, prepare quotations and actively accompany customer projects until successful completion.
- You coordinate technical specifications, feasibility and delivery dates with development, production and other departments and ensure smooth implementation.
What it takes
- You have a technical basic education in mechatronics, electronics, automation or a comparable field and ideally complement this with commercial know-how.
- You bring experience in technical customer consulting, internal sales or a comparable interface function between technology and market.
- You communicate confidently in German and English and convince with a proactive, solution-oriented and team-oriented personality.
