Technical and Sales Consultant Internal Sales (m/f/d)

Responsibilities:
You advise installers, planners and end customers on technical questions.
You sell Alpha products and accessories and prepare quotations as well as order confirmations.
You support the field service and clarify technical questions for service up to the end of the warranty.
You work closely with the head of internal sales and service.
You assist with administrative tasks and contribute to projects.
Qualifications:
Completed vocational training in building technology (e.g. building technology planner, heating or electrical installer).
Experience in hydraulics, heating, electrical engineering and heat pumps.
Experience in internal sales and customer contact.
Commercial further education (e.g. business school, technical clerk) and IT skills (MS Office, SAP, possibly SharePoint) are advantageous.
Organisational talent, systematic working method, analytical thinking, good communication skills as well as reliability, resilience and teamwork.
