Foreman / Structural Team Leader (M/F)

We are currently looking for one of our partners, a leading general construction company, for a motivated foreman / structural team leader to supervise their sites.

Your tasks

• Site management: Lead, organise and supervise structural work on construction sites (residential, commercial or industrial buildings).

• Team management: Supervise teams on site (skilled workers, labourers, subcontractors) and ensure proper execution of tasks.

• Technical coordination: Ensure compliance with plans, specifications, technical standards and deadlines.

• Safety and quality: Ensure strict adherence to safety, hygiene and accident prevention instructions on sites.

• Interface: Act as the link between the site management, architects and field teams.

• Administrative follow-up: Write site reports, manage time tracking and participate in coordination meetings.

• Training: Federal VET Diploma as a mason, foreman builder (or equivalent training).
• Experience: Proven experience of at least 3 to 5 years in a similar role in Switzerland.
• Skills: Strong technical knowledge in structural work, natural leadership and organisational skills.
• Personal qualities: Excellent interpersonal skills, initiative, rigour and responsiveness to unforeseen events.
