Technical Customer Advisor Building Technology (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF80,000 - 85,000Role:
On behalf of an established company in building technology and refrigeration technology, we are looking for a technically skilled Technical Customer Advisor Building Technology. The employer offers a specialised environment with technical components and solutions for professional applications in building technology.
In this role, you combine technical customer advice, quotation processing and order coordination. You advise customers on the selection of suitable components and accompany orders from enquiry to on-time delivery. You will benefit from a varied technical environment and a position with direct customer contact.
Responsibilities:
Technical advice to customers and design of suitable components
Processing customer enquiries as well as creating and following up on quotations
Recording and processing orders in the ERP system
Technical clarification of customer requirements and product specifications
Coordination and monitoring of delivery dates
Coordination with suppliers, customers and internal departments
Support with technical questions during order processing
Qualifications:
Training in the refrigeration industry or building technology
Several years of practical experience on construction sites or in technical service
Sound technical understanding of building technology components and systems
Experience in technical customer advice or order processing is an advantage
Good knowledge of ERP systems and MS Office
