What awaits you

In this role, you support our general agencies in French-speaking Switzerland so that they can competently advise individuals and SMEs on all matters related to pensions. As a professional coach, trainer, and sparring partner, you support skills development and help strengthen the quality of advice offered to our clients.

What you can achieve with us

You design and deliver practical training within our general agencies in French-speaking Switzerland. Through your support, you contribute to the skills development of our pension specialists as well as our financial planners. You ensure the transmission of knowledge that can be directly applied daily and promote continuous learning within the teams.

Thanks to your expertise and coaching, you assist teams in handling demanding pension-related questions. In complex client situations, you participate in meetings, provide your specialist perspective, and help develop solutions tailored to the needs of individuals and SMEs.

You also provide training to new insurance and pension advisors as part of our internal programmes in Bern. Finally, you encourage knowledge sharing by hosting specialist forums and developing exchange spaces that foster collaboration and learning among teams.

What you bring

• Advanced education specialised in pensions or financial planning
• Experience in adult education and commercial coaching
• Experience in supporting or advising SMEs is an asset
• Interest in new approaches and ability to convey your enthusiasm
• Open personality, enjoys contact, autonomous, solution-oriented and appreciates teamwork
• Excellent command of French with good knowledge of German
