Helion is present throughout Switzerland with its six sites and is a leading supplier of photovoltaic installations, heat pumps, storage systems and electric mobility solutions. In the field of heat pumps, we specialise in the planning and installation of the corresponding equipment.
To strengthen our young and dynamic team at our Yverdon-les-Bains site, we are looking for you now or by agreement as a Helionaut.
Junior Project Manager - Heat Pumps
Your mission
After an integration and training phase, you will gradually participate in:
- The planning and monitoring of heat pump projects
- The coordination of the various stakeholders (clients, technical teams, partners)
- The monitoring of costs, deadlines and quality of projects
- Collaboration with our teams in German-speaking Switzerland
- The rigorous implementation of occupational safety rules
You will be supported by experienced colleagues to quickly develop skills in technical aspects and project management
Your profile
- Recent graduate (engineer, building technology, energy) or project manager/coordinator wishing to evolve towards a more technical role
- Strong interest in heat pumps and the energy transition
- Good organisation and eagerness to learn
- Excellent oral and written communication skills as well as good mastery of the Office 365 environment
- Category B driving licence essential
