In the HR Recruitment team, we manage the entire personnel acquisition for Hirslanden Bern. Specifically for our three clinics Beau-Site, Permanence and Salem Hospital as well as for the Medical Center Wankdorf and OPERA Bern. In addition to the varied daily business, we actively shape topics such as employer branding, onboarding, benefits and aptitude diagnostics and continuously develop them further.
Due to a departure, the position of HR Recruitment Partner is available. Strengthen our team with your expertise and help us attract suitable personalities for our organisation.

YOUR TASKS
- You accompany the recruitment of specialists and managers in your assigned areas
- With your expertise, you ensure competent advice and proactive support for managers on all recruitment-related topics
- From the recruitment assignment to the first day of work of the new employees, all threads of the recruitment process come together with you
- You develop ideas at operational and strategic levels on how to effectively counteract the shortage of skilled workers in healthcare
- With your specialist roles "Aptitude Diagnostics" and "Onboarding" you are the first point of contact for assessments and new personnel selection methods as well as for the induction day for new employees
- Together with the team, you continuously develop our recruitment processes
YOUR PROFILE
- You have completed a commercial basic education or a comparable qualification
- Supplemented by further training in HR or recruitment, for example a professional certificate or CAS
- You have already gained at least one to two years of experience as an HR Recruitment Partner or in a similar role, preferably in healthcare
- As a person, you convince with empathy, assertiveness and a high service orientation
- You effortlessly set the right priorities in your daily work and are known for your efficient and goal-oriented working style
- Your entry is facilitated if you have already worked with SAP HCM and SuccessFactors
- Your German skills are very good both spoken and written, and you speak and write English at least at level B2
