Technical Advisor for Earthmoving Equipment (m/f)

Here is what you will do with us

• You will provide technical advice to customers to meet their specific needs
• You will offer technical support to service technicians and mechanics
• You will manage technical clarifications with manufacturers and suppliers
• You will ensure complete follow-up of processes, from price requests to final invoicing
• You will plan and prepare work for assembly interventions

What you bring

• You have a Federal VET Diploma as a construction mechanic, agricultural machine mechanic, heavy vehicle mechanic, automation technician, or equivalent training
• You have professional experience as a mechanic on construction machines or equivalent machines
• You are highly autonomous and enjoy contact with others
• You are proficient with MS Office tools
• Technological diagnostician certificate or equivalent is a plus
• You are a French speaker; German and English are assets
