Project Manager Building Services / Heating (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF105,000 - 120,000Role:
Do you want to independently manage heating projects from the quotation to acceptance and take on responsibility? In this versatile role, you will work closely with department management, customers, employees and partners and have the opportunity to develop professionally and personally.
Responsibilities:
Support the department management with complex building services projects
Independent responsibility for projects from quotation to acceptance
Coordination of employees, customers, subcontractors and suppliers
Contact person for clients and customers
Implementation of designs and project descriptions into practical solutions
Accompanying and managing projects through all phases
Active participation in the further development of the department
Qualifications:
Basic training as a building services planner / heating
Further education at HF, FH or master craftsman level
Experience in independently handling projects in building services
Good knowledge of CAD planning and tendering
Resilient, customer-oriented and responsible personality
Very good oral and written German skills
Willingness to learn and enjoyment of teamwork
