The position

Welcome to the junction between developer and project manager roles! The position is characterised by a predominant technical dimension (70%) combined with a project management component (30%). To excel in your tasks, you will need solid technical skills and excellent interpersonal skills.

Within a team of 4/5 very autonomous consultants, the tasks related to your position are:

• Analysis and specification of our clients' needs
• Project management in partnership with the client’s team
• Design of efficient data models
• Configuration and setup of the software, creation of dashboards and reports
• Deployment of the solution via DevOps: coordination of server installation, specific development, data import, testing and production, version upgrades
• Participation in the continuous improvement of our solution in collaboration with our product team
• Training and support of clients (coordination and advice)

Travel within the Lake Geneva region is to be expected.

The profile we are looking for

• Initial experience in IT consulting
• Technical skills in SQL
• Proficiency in an algorithmic language
• Project management skills
• Fluency in French and English (bilingual level); German is a real asset
• A service-oriented mindset
• Interpersonal skills

• Curiosity and autonomy

During your first month, you will follow a comprehensive training programme where you will discover our HRIS, develop your skills and find your bearings. Each department will open its doors to you for a smooth immersion. Then, you will join your team which will gradually involve you in our projects, with the kind support of a mentor for a whole year.

AI is now a prerequisite in Tech professions. We value candidates who can use it effectively… and know when to do without it. That is why our process also evaluates experience, critical thinking, soft skills and real competencies through practical cases without AI and reference checks.
