Our client is a group in the hospitality sector based in the Vaud Lake Geneva region, seeking to recruit for their human resources team a:
Experienced Payroll Manager at 100% (M/F)
Job Description
- Complete management of payroll for several group sites (approximately 800 employees)
- Preparation, verification and closing of monthly salaries and payroll variables according to the applicable CCNT
- Interactions with finance during payroll account closing
- Handling employee requests regarding salary-related questions
- Administrative support to the human resources team
- Monitoring and analysing various payroll-related indicators and data, handling anomalies and keeping up to date with legal developments
- Participation in improvement processes
Profile Sought
- At least five years of successful experience in a full payroll management role in Switzerland, ideally with salaries subject to a CCNT
- Experience in a complex multi-site environment generating a large payroll volume
- Good knowledge of social charges, strong service orientation
- Rigor, organisation and precision define your working style
