Responsibilities:
Project implementation: You are responsible for implementing projects in the areas of track, passenger facilities, civil engineering, underground and above-ground construction
Coordination and realisation: You coordinate and realise construction measures professionally and economically
Construction phase and logistics planning: You lead the planning of construction phases and logistics from the preliminary project phase in collaboration with the specialist departments
Procurement and contract management: You procure external construction services, monitor contracts and conduct supplementary negotiations
Goal achievement: You ensure that cost, schedule, quality and safety requirements are met
Coordination of all project participants: You coordinate internal and external specialist offices as well as all other project participants
Qualifications:
Degree: You have a completed degree as a civil engineer FH, construction foreman HF or training as a construction technician HF/TS
Professional experience: You bring experience in implementing construction measures in the railway environment, preferably in track renewals
Language skills: You have excellent command of the German language
