In this role, you support organisations in securely integrating artificial intelligence into everyday work and keep an overview as systems grow and requirements increase. You bring order to chaos, create clarity, and transform uncertainty into concrete, actionable security solutions around Microsoft 365. You identify vulnerabilities early, analyse complex security challenges, and accompany customers from the initial assessment to the implementation of effective measures. You are confident in the Microsoft Security Stack as well as in topics such as cloud security and identity & access management, combining technical depth with strategic consulting. This ensures that security concepts work in everyday life and create real added value.
Responsibilities:
- You dive deep into customer environments, identify security risks early, and develop clear, prioritised roadmaps
- In this role, you develop holistic security architectures and concepts that sustainably cover governance, architecture, and compliance requirements
- As an IT Security Consultant Microsoft 365, you moderate workshops, promote exchange, and sustainably anchor security knowledge within organisations
- You take responsibility in projects, keep an overview, and successfully lead them to completion together with customers and internal teams
- In this role, you support presales in solution designs and ensure that clean, sustainable security solutions emerge from ideas
Qualifications:
- You have several years of experience as a consultant, engineer, or architect and know the dynamics of customer projects firsthand
- You understand security principles such as Zero Trust, Defence in Depth, or Risk Management not only theoretically but have successfully implemented them in practice
- You have your professional focus, for example, in Microsoft Security (Defender, Entra, Purview, M365), Cloud Security (Azure), IAM, Endpoint, or Network Security and bring in-depth experience there
- You confidently advise on best practices, governance, and regulatory requirements and communicate these clearly and pragmatically
- You work in a structured and analytical manner, take responsibility, and drive topics independently
- You convince with strong communication and moderation skills as well as very good German skills and good English skills
