You are looking for a new challenge as an ICT System Engineer and already have experience in this field. In this role, you take responsibility for IT system and service solutions. You focus on the design and implementation of solutions in cloud computing, ICT hardware, and business software. You are responsible for the implementation and operation of IT systems and services to meet your customers' requirements. You bring your skills and experience to develop and implement innovative solutions.
Responsibilities:
Architecture and provision of powerful enterprise platforms based on on-premises technologies and scalable cloud services.
Building and further developing network, collaboration, and VoIP infrastructures for various business customers.
Independent management of implementation and migration projects including technical coordination with clients.
Handling complex escalations, sustainable troubleshooting, and ensuring high system availability.
Implementation and monitoring of appropriate security standards as well as expert advice and training of supported customers.
Qualifications:
Successfully completed IT vocational training or equivalent technical background with solid professional experience in system integration.
Proven knowledge of Microsoft server operating systems from 2016 to 2025 and current Windows client platforms.
Experience with Microsoft 365, routing, switching, and professional firewall solutions.
Additional expertise in Azure services, endpoint management, virtual desktops, remote desktop services, or unified communications is an advantage.
Independent, resilient, and communicative personality with a strong service orientation, very good German skills, solid English, and a valid driving licence category B.
