ICT System Specialist (m/f/d)

- You install and operate our business applications
- In this role, you maintain, service, and monitor the Microsoft server systems in the application environment
- As an ICT System Engineer, you ensure the operation, maintenance, and optimisation of the virtualisation environment
- You take responsibility for monitoring, backup, and recovery solutions
- In this role, you analyse, resolve, and document faults sustainably in 2nd-level support
- As an ICT System Engineer, you coordinate and manage 3rd-level support in collaboration with external partners
Qualifications:
- You have completed training as an IT specialist EFZ with a focus on system technology or an equivalent qualification
- You have experience in the administration of Windows client-server systems and virtualised environments
- You bring basic knowledge in the area of web and cloud services
- Ideally, you have practical experience with Citrix infrastructures
- You are characterised by strong customer and service orientation as well as high social and communication skills
- You work independently, in a structured and resilient manner, and possess a strong team spirit as well as very good German and good English skills
