Role:
For an established, growing company in the Langenthal region, we are seeking on behalf of our client a strong personality to take responsibility for the entire finance department. You will be a trusted sparring partner for the CEO and management and create the basis for well-founded decisions with modern accounting, meaningful controlling, and transparent reporting.
Responsibilities:
Overall responsibility for finance and accounting including team leadership
Monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements according to Swiss Code of Obligations (OR)
Budgeting, forecasting and liquidity planning
Analysis of sales, margins, and costs with concrete measures
Further development of reporting and profit centre accounting
Advising the CEO and management on investment and financing decisions
Digitalisation and automation of financial processes
Qualifications:
You have a commercial or business administration education with further training in finance and accounting or controlling
You bring solid practical experience in accounting, budgeting, and controlling and are familiar with financial statements according to Swiss Code of Obligations (OR)
You have leadership experience, think entrepreneurially, and work in a structured, independent, and solution-oriented manner
You are confident in Excel and ERP systems and represent your position convincingly to management
You speak very good German, French skills are a plus
