About the job
To strengthen our team, we are looking for an HR Assistant to manage the administrative tasks and daily follow-up of human resources for our SME of around 40 employees.
In connection with Management, employees and our external partners, you will be involved in the entire employee journey and contribute to the smooth running of HR administration.

Your tasks
- Manage personnel administration: contracts, amendments, employee files, certificates and HR correspondence.
- Coordinate entries and exits as well as onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Ensure the monitoring of working hours, holidays and various leaves.
- Administratively manage sick leave and accident absences and ensure follow-up with insurance companies.
- Carry out procedures related to social insurance, occupational pension plans and residence and work permits.
- Prepare and transmit the necessary elements for payroll processing and ensure follow-up with the fiduciary.
- Participate in recruitment: posting adverts, pre-selecting applications, organising and participating in interviews.
- Participate in the follow-up of annual reviews and objectives.
- Participate in the monitoring of individual employee situations and prepare the necessary HR procedures.
- Ensure the proper application of the collective labour agreement for the employees concerned, Swiss labour law and internal regulations.
- Participate in the development and updating of regulations, procedures and HR documents.
- Ensure the follow-up of training and internal HR communications.
Your profile
- Training in human resources in Switzerland, ideally a certificate as HRSE Personnel Management Assistant or equivalent training.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in an HR assistant or administration role in Switzerland.
- Good knowledge of personnel administration, social insurance and the main rules of Swiss labour law.
- Experience in applying a collective labour agreement is an asset.
- Excellent command of French, both spoken and written.
- Very good proficiency with common IT tools.
