Your passion lies in building customer relationships and developing new business opportunities in a dynamic B2B environment. You know how to convincingly present services and systematically unlock new customer potentials. In this role, you actively contribute to growth by targeting the market, identifying sales opportunities, and converting qualified leads into successful customer relationships.
Your main tasks:
- Active market development and targeted acquisition of new customers in the defined target segment (cold calling)
- Identification of relevant contacts and conducting presentations at various decision-making levels
- Analysis of customer needs and participation in the development of suitable solution concepts
- Preparation of offers in collaboration with internal departments
- Accompanying the entire sales process up to closing in coordination with internal stakeholders
- Building and maintaining a network as well as using events and CRM for lead generation and market development
Your profile:
- Completed studies (at least Bachelor) or comparable education with appropriate further training
- Several years (at least 5 years) of experience in B2B sales or business development
- Proven success in acquiring new customers and building sales pipelines
- Understanding of structured sales processes as well as good analytical skills
- Convincing appearance, strong communication skills, and enjoyment in active customer approach
- Structured, goal-oriented, and independent working style as well as very good German and English skills (French is an advantage)
