Electrical Project Manager 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

Our client requires a committed German-speaking individual to strengthen their electrical team at the Biel location as an Electrical Project Manager (m/f/d). In this position, you are responsible for managing demanding electrical projects from planning to implementation.

Your main tasks include:

• Coordination of teams, subcontractors, and maintaining customer contact

• Ensuring compliance with all safety standards

• Preparation of project reports and risk analyses

• Participation in awarding processes and tenders

What do I need to be successful?

For this responsible position, our ideal candidate brings the following qualifications:

• Completed training as an electrical installer EFZ and further training as a project manager

• Several years of professional experience in a comparable role

• Strong skills in negotiation, analytical thinking, and decision-making

• Strong leadership skills and team orientation

• Communication skills and enthusiasm for working with customers, partners, and employees

• Driving licence category B
