Responsibilities:
You take on the holistic HR support of a decentralised employee portfolio and are the first point of contact for employees and supervisors.
You competently and practically support the line on questions regarding personnel, labour law, and leadership, and develop suitable solutions together.
From job posting to filling the position, you accompany the managers in the recruitment process and contribute your HR expertise purposefully.
You engage in cross-departmental HR projects, collaborate with various internal and external interfaces, and actively shape HR topics.
Qualifications:
A further education as an HR specialist or a completed degree in the HR field forms your professional basis; in addition, you bring relevant professional experience.
You are a communicative and empathetic personality who enjoys working with different people and remains confident even in demanding situations.
An independent, structured, and pronounced organisational ability characterises you as much as a pragmatic hands-on mentality.
A high willingness to travel within your area of responsibility as well as a valid driving licence are natural for you.
You have confident German language skills.
