As Incoming Mail Manager for a temporary 3-month assignment in a public institution.
Your mission:
- Reception, opening, sorting and filing of national and international mail.
Handling of sensitive mail, registered mail and specific dispatches.
- Scanning of documents and quality control.
- Processing and verification of insured persons' life certificates.
- Correction of anomalies and monitoring of production statistics.
- Updating regulatory knowledge and monitoring training.
