Support for Information Security, Service Desk and Infrastructure Teams on IAM-related issues
Further development of the IAM solution by working on driver programming, portal extensions, reporting and testing
Monitoring and ensuring the stable operation of the IAM environment
Support in the integration of new systems and cloud solutions, especially Azure, into the existing IAM landscape
Coordination and support of external service providers in troubleshooting, release upgrades and patch installations
Qualifications:
Completed relevant studies as well as extensive expertise in the IAM and IT environment
Experience with eDirectory and NetIQ Portal as well as sound knowledge of authentication methods such as SAML and OAuth
Good knowledge of LDAP, SQL and Unix as well as ideally experience with driver programming, DirXML and JavaScript
Very good German language skills in spoken and written form
