To be a key player in the digital transformation of distribution by contributing to the design of future services for brokers, agents, and Vaudoise partners, in order to simplify their daily activities and support the company’s commercial development?

Join the team responsible for channel management and distribution as a Business Analyst (m/f/x): a multidisciplinary team composed of Business Analysts, Developers, and Product Owners responsible in particular for commission management, discount management, and broker solutions.

You will hold a central role and work in a stimulating environment where you will address varied issues and have the opportunity to contribute to many strategic topics. Your role will be to bridge business needs and technical solutions in order to design and deploy high value-added digital solutions.

The missions awaiting you:

• Analyse and challenge varied business needs collected by the PO and formalise them into clear requirements
• Co-construct technical-functional solutions with developers and architects
• Document and model (UML, BPMN) to share a common vision of the systems

• Test and validate (functional, UAT, production follow-up)
• Actively contribute to agile ceremonies and project management
• Manage integrators on new implementations

Your profile:

• Minimum 3 years as a Business Analyst, ideally in the insurance sector (BA certification = asset)
• Higher education degree (EPFL, HES, HEC, UNI or equivalent) in computer science, engineering or related field
• Good understanding of IT architectures, frontend development and APIs
• Proficient in Atlassian (Jira, Confluence), proven experience in Agile (Scrum, Kanban).
• French C1, English B2 (German = real plus).

You are solution-oriented, proactive and have excellent communication skills. You can easily navigate between business and IT worlds and enjoy continuous learning.
